What does "healthy" mean to you?

Writer: Stephanie Watson YaegerStephanie Watson Yaeger

We’ll get back to that question in a minute but for now, good morning and happy Monday friends! I'm drinking my greens while prepping for a low-key day. I’m celebrating my first promotion with Arbonne that I achieved last night, and I am now officially a District Manager!

This weekend I attended my first Arbonne conference virtually! Although I’m just getting started with the company, it has been incredibly empowering to learn about others' journeys within Arbonne and the success I’ll achieve if I continue to put the effort in! Although I've been a consultant for less than two months, my positive experience extends far beyond products and sales. Through mentorship and personal growth, I'm reflecting on goals and intentions and how to align both of my businesses for long-term success.

In my Nature-Based Wellness Community we focus on whole-body wellness and creating sustainable rituals based on individualized intentions. You may be thinking “what the heck does this have to do with Arbonne?” Let’s get back to that question at the top, “healthy” holds different value for each one of us. To me, I feel my best self when eating foods that nourish my well-being (which sometimes includes handfuls of mini m&m’s, hello balance!!), moving my body, spending time outdoors daily, and incorporating Arbonne products that support my skincare and gut health needs.

I hope you consider inviting me to be your Nature-Based Wellness Guide to help you create new rituals and habits through nature-based activities and products. This service is complimentary with the purchase of any skincare or wellness kit.
