Scoop up some fun!

Okay so it may not feel like it today, but warmer days are slowly but surely making their way to us! Before we know it, the sun will be shining and we'll be spending all day outside soaking up all the rays.

Life is all about balance, right? And yes, we're all about wellness and nourishing our bodies with nutrient dense options but hello who doesn't love a good ice cream?! One of my favorite things to do in summer is spend the day at the beach and have ice cream either for lunch or on the way home for dinner. A core childhood memory in my opinion.
